Parking availability was limited, which caused some inconvenience for guests.

Located just a walk down to holy spirit catholic church. The bed was spacious I didn't want to get out. The location was near everything I wanted to do.

The location was absolutely amazing. The hotel was very close to the magnificent thermal lake, making it so convenient to visit. The service at this place was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a helpful staff that made sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were luxurious, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with a stunning view. I also appreciated the fact that there was a wide range of dining options, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area on-site.

Nice view, good location for exploring
The view from the balcony was nice and the location was great for exploring the area. There were some good restaurants nearby and plenty to see and do. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The service at this hotel was very poor. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and seemed to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping guests.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even preparing a late evening meal for us to enjoy in our room. The room itself was modern and had enough space for both of us and our luggage. The hotel facilities were great, with a cheerful atmosphere in the lobby and panoramic views from our balcony. The location was also perfect, being close to the centre of town and the amazing thermal lake. The breakfast had a wide range of food options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, which was perfect for us.

The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful lake. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a balcony with a great view.
The hotel had no air conditioning, which can make some days quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was not very varied, but it was sufficient.
